In order to obtain PopUnder privilege, please follow the steps below:
1) Step one is being SMS Verified. Please follow the verification process here: https://adnium.com/verify. If SMS verification isn't working for you, don't worry. Please send us the example URL and geo that you are interested in (see #2). We will have it manually submitted to our compliance team.
2) Please provide us with an example URL, and what Geos you are interested in.

No fake virus alerts
No JavaScript pops on entry
No multiple popunders
No auto-downloaders
No pretending to be an official program (i.e. can't pretend to be an Adobe Flash update)
No auto redirect
