Adnium's time zone is UTC

In order to use day parting effectively, you need to adjust the targeted geos' time zone to Adnium's time zone.

For example:

Campaign A - targeting a country that has an EST as a timezone.

We want to show Campaign A's ads at 7:00pm-11pm EST.

EST is 4 hours behind UTC

So we will have to set up Campaign A's day parting in Adnium, for 11pm-2am.
