There’s a few possibilities why your campaign is not receiving traffic, here are the following reasons:

 - Your banners have been rejected.
 - Your banners are violating the pub’s restrictions.
 - You are being out-bid by other advertisers.
 - Your campaign is not set up correctly (eg: the campaign is set up as mobile and you put it on a desktop zone or you whitelisted a MA source and your campaign is set up under a 'Adult' ad type).
